No Refund Policy

All purchases made through PettiChat India are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns for products that have been delivered successfully.

1-Year Limited Replacement Warranty

PettiChat devices are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

If your device experiences a manufacturing defect or stops functioning under normal usage conditions during the warranty period, we may provide a replacement unit after inspection and verification.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

Replacement Process

To request a warranty replacement:

Shipping for Warranty Claims
